1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sr ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sr is a temporary file-sharing application. Users can upload files, generate share links with optional access codes, and share them with others. All shared files expire automatically after a user-selected duration.
3. User Accounts
Sr does not require account registration. Your device is identified by an anonymous device identifier. You are responsible for all activity originating from your device.
4. Subscriptions
- Sr offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly and Yearly) managed through Apple's App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sr to:
- Upload, share, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any malicious software.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to circumvent service limits or security measures.
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate access for violations without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using Sr, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your files solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license expires when your files are deleted.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that files will be available for the full duration of the share period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access to your files.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
